After first losing 70 pounds and keeping it off for 7 years, Layota went through one of the hardest chapters of her life — closing her gym, falling into a dark space, and regaining over 50 pounds in just a year. It was the lowest she’d ever felt. But with time, healing, and the mindset tools she developed over years of helping others, she found her way back — losing the weight again and stepping into her best self, mentally and physically.
Now, she’s sharing everything she’s learned since 2012 — not just to lose weight, but to keep it off, feel confident, and show up fully in life.
